Beth -

Honest, I don't know about IBM. I do know that my previous employer (Kinko's) dumped thier IBM contract for Dell about 2 years ago.

SLU, where I work now, used to do Apple and Compaq, now does Apple and Dell. The gent who did the deal with Dell, was more interested in the Value After Sale (customer support, ease of upgrades)...and Dell won hands down.

Another PC company tried for the bid. They shall remain nameless. Gimmie an 'H'! Gimmie a 'P'! Unfortunately their bid was e-mailed with a virus in it's attached document. That nailed their coffin shut tighter than Dracula's.

What version of Unix are you running by the way? I am looking at BSD since its the base for OS X, but I am a UNIX poo-poo head. Having used Macs all my life (Windows are for troubleshooting only..LOL), I have no experience under the hood.

March Madness=Mac OS X
