Hey guys, I'm bullish, don't get me wrong. I know these guys and they are good. That said, this whole hype on the fiber optics is totally misplaced. You're talking about a "multi-million" dollar order for a company looking to do $1bn in FY01. Peanuts and (largely)irrelevant unless you just like hype - which has been a good thing, no?. FO is such a small portion of their business its almost (not quite, but almost) laughable. Key here is continued progress in their high-bandwidth connectors, continued xDSL-driven cable growth, advances in the enterprise networking space, sales and cost efficiencies driven by tighter coordination - dare I say consolidation? - among its many separate operating companies, and Paul Olsen looking for and finding an exit strategy. He is the key to this company's success. Tremendous individual with a keen business mind and true interest in maximizing shareholder value. Don't forget the wireless "last mile" (fed by the big FO guys) and the wireless company network are not far off, five years maybe even two. We're all gonna do well but not for the reasons many of you think.
