Bill: aka W401K....

You are a gentleman and a scholar; thank you. This is exactly what I needed to know. Just ONE more question; can we get Siebert to give us back our 40lK Trust Acct, i.e., instead of what they did in creating a "Keogh"? I'm ready to transfer all 4 accounts ("Keogh", 2 IRA's and l brokerage) to Ameritrade - especially now that they have folded Datek into their company. Ameritrade DOES have a prototype through Delaware Charter Trust ($60 bucks a yr) but Siebert only has "Keogh's" for MP/PS Trust Plans. Weird....

So, we don't get the 20% back until next year...at least we MAY get it back!!! Yes, the check was made out to me; they said a check made to the IRA custodian would take too long to clear. I'm beginning to want to "clear" our monies away from WFN/Siebert!!

Mange tak, from a couple of grateful American-Danes..

Cress
