Also forgot to mention that USAA shaves off an extra $2 per trade if you use electronic documentation (theirs is excellent). So that actually puts them in the $3.95 ~ $11.95 range per trade.

I am in Japan and need to check with them later tonight about Pink Sheets. They trade on the Canadian Exchange and offer ADRs, but beyond that, I do not yet know their position to access global markets.

Also purchased PGJ (a Fool rec for China) through them, and the bid processed and posted within ~1 hour.

To my knowledge, USAA places no restrictions on "Dependent" accounts. Persons eligible for membership are eligible for all USAA services.
