Unfortunately you are correct, it is not to early to start planning for 2003 taxes. I had been filing the 1099s with the related account statements and I will not do that again. I would be a little stressed now if I had calculated the cost basis for the drips I closed last year when I closed them. It is not difficult but does require a little patience.
