"Results for May reflect the re-merchandising of our clubs during the first quarter as well as better weather versus last year.
“Comparable club sales increased in all markets with the highest increases in the Southeast and Metro New York regions.”
“Excluding sales of gasoline, traffic increased by approximately 6% and the average transaction amount rose by approximately 4% in May.”
