blamed Obama for everything, wished for a Romney victory so that the stock market goes up, The stock market doubled under Obama's first term, look at any 5 year chart of the S&P 500 starting with the day he got sworn in. So how could his re-election automatically be a bad thing? Sounds like a FOX-news wing-nutter "all things right good, all things left bad". History does not support this view looking at the markets. It's also very blind for someone who's supposed to be looking at things in a realistic light.Any decent broker, if they truly believed the election would make a bit of difference (I don't) would have a contingency plan for both outcomes, not just one.Your broker is a fee-sucking idiot who has your friend conned but good.Run away. Fast.
