I found quite a few pairs that were on sale so I opened up the store card to get my 10% discount. Well, I have yet to receive my actual card in the mail or a bill. I can't find that little slip of paper that tells me what my CC# is. Does anyone know if it's possible to call up and talk to someone without their account #? I really want to make sure that the card hasn't been sent out and being used by someone else. Thanks!

Yes you can. The phone number for Khol's Credit Center is: (800)564-5740. Call it, select 1 for English, then do nothing when prompted for a card number. Just wait for the computer to time out and you'll be transferred to a human.
