BNP Paribas opens Tel Aviv branch

BNP Paribas is the fourth foreign bank to provide full banking services in Israel.

BNP Paribas has become the fourth foreign bank to conduct full business activity in Israel, after completing the upgrade of its representative office in Tel Aviv. The bank opened the office in 1996. Association of Foreign Banks in Israel president Charles Reisman will head the bank's Tel Aviv branch.
The other foreign banks with branches in Israel are Citigroup , HSBC plc , and the State Bank of India which operates in the diamond industry.
