In the same 8-K filing that announced the departure of Weller (CFO), the 2012 and 2013 Executive Compensation plan was outlined...it looks like some hefty bonuses for the Execs are on the agenda.http://biz.yahoo.com/e/120229/enoc8-k.htmlIMHO the compensation package is not stockholder friendly at a time when the company continues to lose money and shareprices are dropping significantly. Perhaps I'm missing something that others more knowledgeable than I will clarify.
