My diet has been HORRIBLE the past few weeks. HORRIBLE.

But.... I had a couple of pre-Boot Camp days last week and a few solo runs. For 1.4 miles, I had times of 15:36, 16:?? and 14:32.

Today was my second day of my second camp, and we did a 1.6 mile test. I finished in about 15:30! My times are definitely improving! AND I finished strong, speeding up! UP a hill!

We have 4 campers this time around and they're so cute - all nervous! Awwwwwwwwwwwww......

Not sure yet how I want to address the diet. Major stress is making it difficult for me to plan my meals ahead and to say no to my BF's food ideas. Last night he made a pan of chocolate chip bars. And of course with no planning this morning at 4:30, guess what I ate for breakfast? And again as I left for work at 8:00 ravenous after camp?

Ergh.... On the bright side, with camp I am probably evening out the "damage" somewhat.
