Born a Catholic overseas (with a bit of Asian ancestral worship smattered in), and grew up a Baptist here in the states, then became an atheist at 12.....man, I've been and almost done it all. I just need to attend a Madrassas in Saudi to complete my resume. <g>

Well, I have attended quite a number of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.....been maybe 4-5 times thoughout the 1990's and early 2000's with college friends near or on Bourban Street. It's fun the first couple of days, but it gets really crazy and tiresome after awhile. Everytime I've been I'd promise myself that the next time I wouldn't attend unless I had a seat on top of one of the balconies overlooking the maurandering masses. Unfortnately, those seats on the balconies, have waiting lists up to 10 years long (no joke). It's crazy.
