Bought a little more today.....

The bull case is pretty clear in that efficacy is good enough, tolerance is good, and safety (at this point) appears acceptable. Trial design and size are also good. Plus, there is a crying need for a product of this type...Yeah, and that NEJM article plus partnership with Eisai...all to the good...

What we don't know is just how conservative the FDA will really be when faced with the possibility of 10,000,000 patients on the drug for extended periods of time. And many of these p will have other conditions which may be aggravated by the drug...

Hmmmmm...times like these call for Dave to make the shorts case, or not, if it isn't a slam dunk...


I think it was ARNA where I read their application to the FDA had 3,200,000 pages??? Is this normal...
