I've been following RIG for a while now on my own and also through the Motley Fool. A recent report even came out highlighting them as well as a few other companies as the top buys for 100+ oil. Have to say I agree for the most part with this assessment.

However, I think BP is now suing RIG for its Deepwater Horizon spill and for a hefty price, about $40 billion. Anyone have any thoughts on how this may affect RIG's profitability and future stock price? Dunno if there happen to be any lawyers on the MF boards...
