Bringing lunches to work is a habit that I wish I could get into.

Bryan! You can get into these habits, but it takes time. Try making yourself, literally force yourself to bring lunch at least 2 times a week to start, then increase that to 3 and so on. Before you know it, you'll be saving a ton of money by not eating out and you'll feel better for it too!

When you go grocery shopping, look for the carrots, the small packages of crackers, things that at first are easy to throw together for a lunch.

Make your lunch the night before and have it in your fridge, ready to go the next day. PUT a note on your door, so you will see it on your way out:

DID YOU GRAB YOUR LUNCH TODAY?

Or something to that effect. Bad habits can be broken, but you have to start the good ones first.
