anyone have any online brokerage recommendations that don't charge ira setup or annual fees and still provide good service (trade execution and end of year reporting)? So far, I've checked out Ameritrade (no ira setup or annual fees) but I'm not familiar with their service. Any recommendations on that or other brokerages would be appreciated.Jim
I use Scottrade for my IRA's. There is no setup fee, but there is a fee if you close your account. I do a good deal of trading in my accounts (I do a lot of covered calls). $7 market orders, $12 limit orders on online stock trades.I recommend them highly.Z
