Thank you for the comments and suggestions. Answering the your comments:

"One, I wouldn't put any of your allocation in company stock. You are getting your match in it, so why put more? "

- I think that the company's stock is undervalued now and I believe that it will go up within 1 year (hopefully...)
- I will not be able to get 100% of company's match until my 3rd year in the company and I'm not sure whether I'm going to stay that long in this company (my first job out of school...)

"Two, I wouldn't put any into the bond fund at your age."

- I agree with you here. I will probably put this percentage in some funds that are more aggresive.
