Bummer that the criteria are so loosely defined. Taking a literal interpretation, any of my food allergy incidents would cause at least 7 of the 13 listed symptoms and would seem to be "out of the blue" if I had not been aware of an offending trigger food having been consumed (in some cases this was only determined several days after the fact).

Not saying that there can't be such a problem as panic attacks, just that it needs a better description to distinguish the root cause.
