but am switching to Drake this year as ProSeries was getting more and more expensive

Welcome to the club. I switched to Drake last tax season - from Lacerte and for basically the same reasons.

May I suggest their software forums. Enrollment is restricted to Drake users, and there are lively discussions about the software and tax issues. You'll find me there under a very familiar user name.

Telephone support is also very good and is US based. They pickup the phone on the first or second ring, and the person answering will work your issue to resolution, even if they have to bring in higher levels of support.

There are shortcomings to the program, particularly if you're coming from a much higher-level program, such as ProSeries (or Lacerte). Those are freely discussed on the forums.
