But as to the original question, I thought that with the current TMF format a link to a boards FAQ was always just to the right of a displayed message. It used to be in the upper left corner.

Yes, it did used to be that way. At some point, it changed, maybe when the list above was put together. A month or two ago, I became extremely frustrated when I couldn't find the FAQ for the Discount Brokers board. I knew it existed, since I had visited it many times. I eventually stumbled across it quite by accident, and later found the link to the list of FAQs on the Discussion Boards page. Hard to believe I hadn't spotted it before, since it's right there in plain view...
