But do keep in mind that everything else being equal it's ENORMOUSLY EASIER to shed weight by working more on the EATING side of the equation than the EXERCISING side.Here I will say that this is really not the case for everyone.It may work for you, a man, losing 2.7 pounds/week*...but women are just different.For me, exercising makes all the difference.I can go days eating 500 calories/day, no fat and not make the weight changes in my body that regular exercise does.peace & perspectivest*hate you hate you hate you :-)
