But quit spreading lies about the program. Your attacks will not become facts just because you repeat them over and over.


The FACT is I have posted on two different points rental boards for a 2 bedroom unit the first week of October. The FACT is, such a unit cannot be had at any price by renting points. The FACT is, frequent posters on these boards have verified this FACT.

Again, I rest my case. Were I a points holding member of DVC I would be very ticked off indeed. If you cruise those boards you will find MEMBERS who must PAY ADDITIONAL dollars to fill out a desired reservation because the type of accommodation they want cannot be had using their 'points' for all the days they require. WTF!??

Perhaps someday I will have a trip planned 7 MONTHS in advance and will again attempt to rent points. Or perhaps not. I can assure you I will never ever buy into this 'timeshare' arrangement wherein I can be told I cannot use my points where and when I want ... although the what are they called? 'maintenance dollars' will continue to be collected. What a scam!
