But, seriously, how will you know if he has deeper knowledge than you have? If your own knowledge is scant, he could just be double-talking you and you would never know it.I'd hope my posting here over the years tells you I have an above average knowledge of investing. Even IF he could double talk me up front, I'm more than capable of reviewing his recommendations and analyzing his results. If you just HAVE to have a financial advisor, at least get one that is fee-based and doesn't take a percentage (which encourages churning). That may be the extent we use this guy. Stay tuned. -murray
