Bought out Huawei Technologies' 49 percent stake in Huawei-3Com (H3C) for $882 million. What do it mean? May be good with the weak Dollar. May be bad for taking on more debt....Your thoughts, anyone?

Well, we're down about 20% this week with the news, so I'm not really in the mood for warm fuzzies right now I can tell you that! It seems every time this stupid company is on the cusp of becoming profitable, or at least breaking even, they go do something to push it back further. I am most concerned about the level of debt they may be taking on, but since we haven't seen the terms it's hard to say.

It's been apparent that 3COM wanted all of H-3C for some time, but what now? What I don't sense is any forward plan, any answer to "Ok, now we own the whole pie, what do we do with it?" Deal aside, really, what now with these clowns?
