Hi,If you own a rental property in another state - and pay nonresident's tax on the income, do you need to pay income tax in CA as well? (My reading of how Schedule SE is computed based on numbers from federal forms would seem to indicate yes, but I just wanted to ask, before ignoring what otherwise looks like a good investment in another state).Thanks, Foobarista
