Hi,

I'm considering investing into california muni bond fund. However, I'm a little worried about the current energy crisis of state. Do you think it has any impact on the muni bond at all?

My current pick is the Vanguard long term ca bond fund. But I remember reading from somewhere the interim bond usually performs better than the long term ones. But for the last 10 years, the vanguard long term outperforms the short term one. Can someone explain it for me?

Thanks for your comments,
