Even sweeter is that they are being asked to dip into their large cash reserves, vs hiking the rate.

That would be fine too. An insurer with lower reserves.

I know the solution; MOOCHES can say "waa waaa we need to tax OTHER people. We need to tax you and yours a few more bucks".

Really putz? You already pre-spent the tax increase on everything else and you've not even started on debt.

Mr President, introduce the yuppies to a doctor shortage soon. Better yet, import less qualified doctors and make the yuppies wait longer for that.
