Call them, advise them that you haven't used the card in over 2 years, that you didn't receive a statement (check your mailing address they have on file), ask them to reverse the late fees and consider removing or reducing the annual fees and advise the credit bureaus to which they report. I suspect they will remove the late fees. If they don't remove or reduce the annual fees, I would pay it and cancel the card before its next renewal.
