Powerful, personal, yet professional response to addressing an email addressed to this TV anchor, referencing to her appearance, obesity, and trying to shame her in general.

Ms. Livingston's voice breaks at about 3:50, almost the very end.

The anchor? Wisconsin's WKBT news anchor, Jennifer Livingston.

This is the link to someone's blog and they comment on the issue as well as providing a link. This blogger uses a term, "concerntrolling," which I believe here means using claims of concern to control others, particularly a way to shame, bully, or guilt others.

A good term and I find Ms. Livingston's on-air response eloquent and strong, on point.
