After living in Nashville TN with no job for 3 months I have moved to Las Vegas. My brother will be renting out my house for $100 more then my mortgage payment starting on Aug 1st. After only one month in Vegas I have a job with the local phone company. I have a 401k set up with my new job (6% before taxes 4% after taxes with a one percent increase in Jan).
