I am getting ready to set up a Traditional IRA to hold "non-traditional" assets. In particular, Rental Properties.I have two quotes1) Guidant Financial - $4000 set up fee for the initial LLC and 1st property, then a $190/yr annual maintenance flat fee.www.guidantfinancial.com 2) Quads Financial - $500 initial set up fee for the LLC and 1st property, then a $250/yr annual maintenance flat fee.http://quadsweb.com/ira_new/index.cfm go to the employee/participants link, then ira. There is a wealth of info on non-traditional assets - especially in under the forms link).Has anyone worked with either of these companies? Is Guidant worth the extra $$?
