Based on his performance and his State Department's performance (which has been good up to this point) can we trust that Obama, if elected, will not allow our Ambassadors to be slaughtered?It seems like if this happened again: that is, a US Ambassador requests for more security, their requests will be ignored, they will be murdered, the White House will lie about it, refer to the murders as a bump in the road, lie about it some more, try to cover it up, slowly admit that the poor ambassador and his staff saw it coming, and finally admit the whole truth.The good thing is that the President has the press on his side, so it won't get as much press as the dismissal of US Attorneys under Bush.
