Can you tell us how you handle the oil (oil management)? Do you toss it each time, strain it, leave it in the fryer, etc.?

Most of the time, I just leave the oil in the fryer. When the oil needs to be strained or replaced, then I take it apart and clean it good.

I takes about 1 1/2 bottles (48 oz size) of oil to fill midway between the low and full lines on the oil pan. I would guess that I use the oil about 10-15 times before replacing, so that's about 30 to 40 cents per use for the oil.
