Canada and other countries that intervene in drug prices destroyed the concept of 'free markets' long ago. If markets were free, drug companies would charge the price that maximizes revenue, given alternatives and demand.TMINIn what way is offering a price that the company can take or leave (as do HMOs) destroying the free market? If as you claim (wrongly I might add) that the company is losing money on the deal then they are free to "walk". I've listened to these stupid lies for years and frankly will continue to call you and anyone else out until you show me proof of your assertion that isn't provided by those poor starving drug companies. The real truth is that paying the politicians to allow the drug companies to charge whatever they like is the real destruction of the "free markets" and illegal in most advanced countries on the globe.
