This is a joke, right? Iceland declared national bankruptcy in 2008 or thereabouts. Britain's fiscal troubles are well-known.

France? You are aware of the meltdown happening since Hollande was elected, right? Italy is circling the drain, as has been pointed out numerous times by 2828 on this forum.

Japan's debt-to-GDP ratio was 200% when the tsunami hit.

You're making my point. All of those systems are on the way to implosion.
