Just out of curiosity, is this a company sponsored DRiP or simply dividend reinvestment offered by your broker.

With many brokers offering no-fee dividend reinvestment, I don't see a lot of advantage in company sponsored DRiP plans. Are you also making regular contributions to the program? This would arguably be an advantage if the 'buy' fees are minimal and you can add partial shares.
