Can't the brokerage just send her archives of all her account records?

I've had this done twice, from a mutual fund company and once from a brokerage. They just send the request to whoever, they print out everything and mail it to you.

She just asks for them to mail her all her account statements, showing all transactions, since at least 99 - maybe make it 98 or 97 to be safe.

That way she doesn't have to deal with trying to get the info out of phone reps who don't know the answer.
