The week after memorial day we wre in Canyon Lands NP and went on three hikes

1. 11 miles from the camp ground in the park to Peek-a-boo springs. 98 degrees, hotter in the in canyons. Each of us drank a gallon on the hike, and about a gallon when we got back to camp. Hot and dry

2. Elephant Hill parking area to chesler park - detour halfway to Druid Arch. 6 miles, 100 degrees, drank just as much water

3. Slick rock trail, cave springs, pot holes - only around 4 miles total

Fun trip
