I'd love a good, high fiber, low fat, veggie burger.I'm thinking of something with beans and rice, some seasonings, and some filler/binder (egg and/or bread crumbs)I prefer homemade foods to store bought, hence why I'd rather make my own than buy frozen, but I've also been surprised at the fat content of store bought veggie burgers. Maybe it is what they use to bind that makes it high.Thanks :)
