Note to Sellers: A buyer buying a FSBO expects to receive part (if not all) of the saved commission because the buyer will earn it. Sellers would do well to realize that cutting out co-brokers and not listing on the local MLS will make the list of propsective buyers smaller than it otherwise would be and could lead to an even worse price than having listed and marketed more fully.
