My probably-soon-to-be-ex-dh has gone down and talked to somebody about his mental/emotional issues, and they put him on anti-anxiety medication.

Is this a result of your moving out??? If it is, sounds like he's doing so as a control measure. It's possible that you may move back and he may not take the medication.

Now I feel like I am abandoning him, and I feel so incredibly guilty because I am trying to put myself first for the first time ever.

The feelings of guilt may stem from his abandoning you the last two years where you found yourself fighting to keep things together.

Tell me. Am I wrong to want out? Am I being too selfish? When is enough enough?

I'm not qualified by any means to try and answer these questions. Have asked them of myself from time to time. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way to help you make your decisions.
