CBI is also planning to sell Fabrication business. I totally agree they are not going to get a good price on these sales. While these sales may allow them to pay off the debt completely, the risk is they may be losing some of their differentiation and a reliable profit earner.

I think CBI as a business in my mind will need to move away from fixed bid and become a mediocre business that will earn sub-optimal earnings. However, the stock could be of some value at $11.
