I don't know if anyone is following this board anymore but thought I'd post anyway. There hasn't been a post here in over a year.

I read recently where the CEO of Lear, Bob Rossiter was appointed (elected?) Chairman of the Board.

I have often read that it's not a good thing for the two to be the same person. Seems to present a situation where there is a lack of "checks and balances." I was wondering if anyone in fooldom has any opinion on this, and whether any of you think this is anything to worry about.

Thanks in advance,

Turtle
