One of today's Takes deals with the kind of candy that some publicly traded companies should be handing out for Halloween. Here are a few:

Boston Celtics: this would have been more appropriate during the days of Cowens and Havlicek, but .... Fast Break.

You know, if you save up those little soy sauce packs that come with Chinese take-out and grab a few extra ketchup thingies whenever you're in a fast food place, you really don't have to worry very much about buying candy. Just make sure your hand covers the "treat" and all the kiddies will know is that something thunked in the bottom of their bags.

WWE: we already have Randy "Macho Man" Savage hawking "Slim Jim", so maybe we can have "The Rock" handing out Rock Candy! :-)

(which would be very appropriate for Charlie Brown, dontcha' think?)
