After my death, does this allow me to leave my money in a trust, tax free, given at a rate of 5% per year to charity, with my three kids deciding which charity to give to? With an average return of 11% per year, this could even grow over time. If anyone knows of a link to a site that gives a full description of this type of trust, I would appreciate the info.
