Chapman208 in this post got to something I want to bring up again - http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=16721745

I have visited other message boards over the years (yes I cheat on the Fool occasionally) that use half a dozen or more charms. I find it interesting and amusing to see what the charms are, and sometimes they can be used for obtaining information higher quality users. Some of my favorite charm ideas are; an indicator for high quality posts (weighting posts with recs or some statistical trick), a charm which gets grayer if a post or poster has recs against him/her (maybe only if negs happen on multiple boards? Again, use stats tricks), years on site, and my favorite, a charm for creating posts that hold a special place in search engine rankings.
