Yowza! As if by magic, I got one of those great pre-approved CC offers in the mail yesterday. (Spoke about this a few posts back) My acceptance response is already in the mail.

5.9% good until April 1, 1998. (This is an exceptionally long time for these types of trial offers, IMHO) Transfers of outstanding balances are FREE; in other words, no 2% cash
advance fee for what would seem to be a cash advance.

FCC Bank, Delaware.
Bankcard Ctr.
PO Box 15045
Wilmington, DE 19885-9259

You have to look really hard on the poop they send to find out the name of the bank! They list no "800" number to call, so maybe you have to write; or, call "800" information. (800 555-1212) Maybe at these rates they can't afford an 800 number.

OH YEAH: Miss two consecutive payments and the rate snaps to
the greater of 19.8% or prime + 12.9%. Don't let this happen to you!!
