Check with your broker. I am impressed with the software Fidelity offers. It certainly keeps you up to date on a minute to minute basis of how your stocks are performing today and vs cost. And you can get all sorts of other data on your portfolio and its performance too. They also have sophisticated trading software available free to customers who want it.But for a daily look at are your stocks performing or is there some big gain or loss in them--indicating some important news usually, CAPs works quite well. It does not give changes in portfolio value, but it does alert you to go looking for more info.
