Just wanted to pop in and say "Hi" and I hope everyone is moving in the direction they want to go.I am still maintaining at 140. 12 lbs down from highest point in December. The plantar fasciitis is slowly healing and I'm still dealing with a sprained toe that is keeping me out of closed toe shoes and out of the gym for the Zumba class :0(On the plus side, I start teaching TKD twice a week as a substitute teacher while my GrandMaster is dealing with a health issue. Fortunately, I can teach barefoot (and don't have to break any boards with my feet)!LWW
