We seem to have duplicate terms here that do not interconnect.

Most of the other Executive listing use the abbreviations interchangeably, but CFO gives a different but similar result.

Sounds like we should merge them. Redirect from CXO to Chief X Officer. Shall I take care of it now? Don't want to bump into your edits.
